Detector System

The EBEXŸ 410 metal detector system is particularly suitable for crimerelated investigation purposes as well as for precise, sophisticated detection work.

Metal detection with the EBEXŸ 410 system is indicated by means of an acoustic signal with a large frequency shift. The nature of the various signals can provide clues as to the size and distance of the metal object that has been detected.

The system encompasses a variety of detectors in order to cater as precisely as possible for the different types of search operations to be performed, both indoors and outdoors. There are also two types of detection coil that can be used - a large one and a small one - depending on the size of the object being sought. The cylindertype detector enables tiny metal objects to be localised in an extremely accurate manner.
